recipe: vegan rogues
Voilà, the tastiest rogues in the world! All this without tierliche ingredients. I'm really no back talent, but for the rogues I have to praise myself smooth proper ... ;-)
Here is the recipe for 14 pieces (+ 14 small gouged cover):
- 250 g margarine (I'll take the organic margarine by Coop)
- 125 g glucose
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 350 g flour (I'm half-white organic flour made from the Coop)
- jam depending on your taste (in this case organic cherry or apricot jam by Coop)
- powdered sugar
First mix the margarine until they form ominous "Spitzchen. Then come
cane sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and corn starch added.
mix it all.
Now add the flour and mix again seven all.
a compact dough mass and kneading wickeln.Ab in cling film in the refrigerator for 1 hour!
the oven to 150 - 160 degrees (circulating air).
The cooled dough can be rolled out carefully and then pressed flat until it is about 2-3 mm thick. The dough is delicate and breaks down quickly when you are not careful enough. So have patience, time and anticipation to schedule a tasty result. I always have a bag of flour on the table, not so that everything sticks Sun
Now you can cut out 14 cookie trays and place on a baking sheet with baking paper. Then come the turn of the 14-biscuit lid, which come on a second sheet. For this one takes the large muffin cups and into it are the small cups. The small piece of dough that one trumps, you can fine as a mini-biscuit bake (see photo).
When I had a plate full, I've just put it in the fridge.
are now both sheets for about 20 minutes in the oven (2 and 4 groove).
then let cool and brush the Keksböden with jam, cover you push (careful!).
with powdered sugar pollinate - FINITO :-)
vegan Merry X-Mas!
